The Duromina cooperative of more than 320 members focuses on bean quality, and protection of the forest, soil and water resources in their region. Members invest in community projects, schools, roads, clean water and electricity. Carefully hand-sorted cherries, and processing has paid off with a winning taste profile. Fully washed and dried on raised beds.
