These organic beans are specifically selected for their flavor profiles which shine after the Swiss water decaffeinating process. During this process, green beans are soaked in a proprietary mixture of ‘green coffee extract’ (which is pure water plus all the components of the bean minus the caffeine; consequently, the caffeine in the soaking beans flows osmotically from the beans into this solution. There are no chemical solvents and organic certifications are upheld. Brilliant!). Beans are then dried, bagged and shipped. This coffee is so good you cannot tell it has been decaffeinated!
